Accounts and Alabaster Rewards

Please note, our program started on March 13th, 2023. Orders made within the last calendar year (03/13/22ā03/13/13) will be reflected. Any orders made prior to that date will not appear in your account and are not eligible for our current program.
We do! You are welcome to refer your friends here and earn 200 points for each successful referral.
Successful referrals occur when a new customer completes an order of $100+ using your referral link. Purchases placed by previous customers or by individuals within the referrer's household will not be considered successful referrals. Other rules may apply and the program is subject to change without notice.
Thanks so much for participating in our program! At checkout, be sure to log in and select "redeem points" before completing your order. You can do this by clicking on "Account" in the top right corner and signing in (or creating an account). Once you are signed in, you'll be able to apply your available points to your order if:
1. You have $50+ in your cart.
2. You have enough points available (100 point minimum)

1. Shop around on our site.
2. Before going through checkout, click on the three lines at the top left side of your screen and scroll until you find āAccountā towards the bottom. Log in! You can also reset your password if needed from this screen or click ācreate an accountā if you havenāt registered yet.
3. Once logged in, you may continue to checkout. Just hit the number at the top right corner of your screen to pop your cart out and proceed.
4. Available points should be listed alongside your cart. You can redeem up to 250 points per purchase. Select the number of points youād like to apply from the drop down. Points can only be redeemed on orders of $50+.
5. Under your order total youāll likely see a few options for express checkout. Skip over those options as they will not work with points redemption.
6. From here just enter your address and payment information as usual.

If youāre still having trouble, please provide us with a screenshot of your payment page (without information entered) so we can see what you are experiencing.
Please note: Due to Shopify limitations, you're not able to checkout using points when paying with ShopPay or ApplePay. We recommend checking out in incognito mode if you're having trouble. Points are available in predetermined tiers up to 250 points per purchase and are not able to be combined with other discount codes.
We have three tiers: Dreamer, Creative, and Luminary. When you sign up for our program, you automatically unlock the Dreamer tier. Starting from the date of signup, you'll start accruing points and will have 1 year (365 days) to reach the next tier. Once you reach a new tier, you'll have 1 full year (365 days) to receive those benefits!
Our tiers are based on the total amount spent:
Dreamer: $0 - $199.00 (active enrollment is required to receive benefits)
Creative: $200-399
Luminary: $400+
Each new tier has new benefits to unlock!
Points will be rewarded for any purchases made from the date of our program's launchāMarch 13, 2023āonward. Prior to launching Alabaster Rewards, we did look back at the amount spent (beginning on 03/13/22) and will assign members to their correcorresponding tier accordingly. It's our gift to you! Create an account today to see which tier you have unclocked.
If you forget to sign in when placing your order though, no worries. Your points will be waiting in your account based on the email address used at the time of purchase.
Earn points for each dollar spent according to your corresponding Rewards tier. Dreamers earn 1 point for every dollar spent. Creatives and Luminaries will earn 1.2 and 1.3 points respectively. Points are awarded on the subtotal of the order (after discounts, gift cards, and before taxes).
Your anniversary is the day you created your account. When logged in just click on "rewards history" and scroll to the bottom to see the date your account was created.Ā
Your birthday points will be added on your birthday!
If you sign up and enter your birthday within the 30 days prior to your actual date of birth, youāll see the points added on a delay. Theyāll appear on the 31st day and then on your actual birthday moving forward.
Points may be deducted for a few reasons:
-Points expire after a year of inactivity. Be sure to use them before a year have ellapsed to maximize your rewards savings.
- If you return an order for a refund, any points associated with that order will be removed from your account.
- If you refer a friend who completes a purchase which is considered a successful referral but they then return their order, the referral rewards points will be deducted from your account.
- Earnings such as a birthday or anniversary are considered passive actions. They will expire 1 year from the most recent active action (such as a purchase).
If you've redeemed your points between earning them + a return, that is OK! Points can go into the negative, but as soon as you earn more, you'll be well on your way to getting back into the positive with points again.
No, you can only choose to redeem one type of savings (points or discount code) per order.
