SHIPPING TIMES AND PROCESSING FOR HOLIDAYS 2020

*Please note that our office will be closed on November 26-27 & December 24-25 for the holidays. Orders will be processed and shipped on the following business day.*

We want to make sure that you receive your order on time for the holidays.

Due to increased volumes during the holiday season, we recommend placing orders according to the following cut-off dates or earlier for delivery by December 25, 2020. Please note that transit times may be higher than normal due to unexpected delays with postal and courier services. For international orders, please note that any unexpected delays with the customs process may also increase the transit time. Please reach out to us via email in case you have any questions or concerns and we would be happy to help.

For all orders, please allow for 1-2 business days order processing time prior to shipping.

US Shipping
- Standard Shipping - FedEx Ground (4-7 business days transit time) - order by December 13th, 11:59PM PST.
- Faster Shipping - FedEx Priority (2-3 business days transit time) - order by December December 20th, 11:59PM PST.
- Fastest Shipping - FedEx Overnight (1-2 business days transit time) - order by December 21st, 11:59PM PST.

International Shipping
Order by December 1, 11:59PM PST. 


HOLIDAY RETURNS INFORMATION
We are making your holiday shopping easier—You now have until January 24th, 2021 to return purchases placed between November 9th and December 24th.
