For all orders, please allow for 2-3 business days order processing time prior to shipping. 

We ship throughout the United States and internationally. You may, alternatively, try to our distribution partners in Canada and Hong Kong.

US Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping - (4-7 business days transit time) - $7.00 or free over $80 
  • Faster Shipping - (2-3 business days transit time) - Starts at $15 and calculated based on weight of order

International Shipping

International orders ship via DHL. Shipping costs at checkout are calculated to include applicable customs duties and taxes. This allows for duties and taxes to be prepaid and helps to expedite the customs clearance process. 

  • Standard Shipping (15-20 business days transit time) - Starts at $15 and calculated based on destination country, weight, and applicable duties/taxes.
  • Express Shipping (3-7 business days transit time) - Starts at $30 and calculated based on destination country, weight, and applicable duties/taxes.

Because our fulfillment team moves fast to ship out your order as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made to an order after it's placed. Please send us an email at help@alabasterco.com and we'd be happy to help however we can.

A few common issues are that you may be trying to order an item that is out of stock or order an item that is not available to ship in your region. If you are having further issues, please send us an email at help@alabasterco.com and we'd be happy to help.

Due to increased volumes during the holiday season, we recommend placing orders according to the following cut-off dates or earlier for delivery by December 24, 2023. Please note that transit times may be higher than normal due to unexpected delays with postal and courier services.

U.S. STANDARD RETURN POLICY
For returns within the U.S., return shipping is on us. You can return Alabaster products for a full refund within 30 days after the order is delivered. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed after the return shipment has been received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order. Please note that any shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

Our return policy only applies to items purchased on the Alabaster Co website. We understand it can be hard to know if a product is right for you before you experience it firsthand. And because we want our customers to have a beautiful experience with our products, we’ve created our “Beautiful Guarantee”. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your first Alabaster purchase after opening it, you can keep a single item from your purchase and receive a full refund or free exchange for the item within 30 days after the order is delivered. Product and Translation Information

Most Alabaster Bibles use the New Living Translation. We wanted a modern English translation, without sacrificing the true meaning of this ancient text. We believe in the divine inspiration, trustworthiness and authority of the Bible. And so we weave visual imagery within the full text of each book of the Bible.

We currently have Proverbs and The Four Gospels available in KJV softcover. Psalms is available in KJV and Spanish NTV softcover. In Hardcover, we have Psalms and Proverbs in KJV and the four Gospels in KJV, ESVNIV, and NLT.

We currently offer Psalms in Spanish, and Alabaster in Traditional Chinese.

We print the majority of our books in Canada through Hemlock Printers.

We have three tiers: Dreamer, Creative, and Luminary. When you sign up for our program, you automatically unlock the Dreamer tier. Starting from the date of signup, you'll start accruing points and will have 1 year (365 days) to reach the next tier. Once you reach a new tier, you'll have 1 full year (365 days) to receive those benefits!

Our tiers are based on the total amount spent:
Dreamer: $0 - $199.00 (active enrollment is required to receive benefits)
Creative: $200-399
Luminary: $400+
Each new tier has new benefits to unlock!

Points will be rewarded for any purchases made from the date of our program's launch—March 13, 2023—onward. Prior to launching Alabaster Rewards, we did look back at the amount spent (beginning on 03/13/22) and will assign members to their correcorresponding tier accordingly. It's our gift to you! If you forget to sign in when placing your order though, no worries. Your points will be waiting in your account based on the email address used at the time of purchase.

Earn points for each dollar spent according to your corresponding Rewards tier. Dreamers earn 1 point for every dollar spent. Creatives and Luminaries will earn 1.2 and 1.3 points respectively. Points are awarded on the subtotal of the order (after discounts, gift cards, and before taxes).

Your anniversary is the day you created your account. When logged in just click on "rewards history" and scroll to the bottom to see the date your account was created. 

Your birthday points will be added on your birthday!

If you sign up and enter your birthday within the 30 days prior to your actual date of birth, you’ll see the points added on a delay. They’ll appear on the 31st day and then on your actual birthday moving forward.

Points may be deducted for a few reasons:

-Points expire after a year of inactivity. Be sure to use them before a year have ellapsed to maximize your rewards savings.
- If you return an order for a refund, any points associated with that order will be removed from your account.
- If you refer a friend who completes a purchase which is considered a successful referral but they then return their order, the referral rewards points will be deducted from your account.
- Earnings such as a birthday or anniversary are considered passive actions. They will expire 1 year from the most recent active action (such as a purchase).

If you've redeemed your points between earning them + a return, that is OK! Points can go into the negative, but as soon as you earn more, you'll be well on your way to getting back into the positive with points again.

No, you can only choose to redeem one type of savings (points or discount code) per order.
