Never been opened. Minor (if any) signs of wear and tear.
Examples: Still in shrink wrap, slightly scuffed shrink wrap.

60% discount for Good:
Opened. Signs of wear and tear.
Examples: Not shrink wrapped, slightly scuffed, minor scratches, small dents.
