We want you to have the most beautiful reading experience! We know it's hard for you to experience a product without touching it or feeling it. For that reason, we've created our "Most Beautiful Reading Experience" Guarantee. If you're uncomfortable for any reason with your first Alabaster Bible, you can keep it. Just let us know whether you'd like a refund for an exchange by emailing us at

  • We require that you contact us before sending anything back for a refund or an exchange. Please e-mail us at with your order number.
  • Only applies to your first order on
  • Is limited to one The Gospels Set or and one Gospel (depending on your order).
  • All requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • If you choose to replace an item, we will ship the item to you free of charge.

Our Standard Policy

  • We require that you contact us before sending anything back for a refund or an exchange. Click link below.
  • Returns / Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery of your purchase.
  • All items must be in unused condition and in original packaging.
  • For any authorized return or exchange, we’ll cover the return shipping for packages being shipped from the lower 48 states. You'll get a prepaid label from our Support Team by email once you contact us.
  • Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
  • We can only process returns or exchanges for items purchased on the Alabaster CO website. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.

International customers are responsible for all shipping and postage costs associated with returning the product to us, as well as any potential duties costs applied to replacement packages we ship back out to international customers.
